Sugar Free Orange Sherbet

This sugar-free, low-carb, dairy-free orange sorbet recipe is easy to make using coconut milk and orange-flavored Powerade Zero or water.
Sugar Free Orange Sherbet

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Powerade Zero Orange Rise (or water)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar-free coconut milk (or another non-dairy milk like soy or almond)
  • 1 tablespoon zest (orange)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon liquid stevia (or flavored liquid stevia, or your favorite sugar-free sweetener) 
Instructions
  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Place Powerade, coconut milk, orange zest, lemon juice, salt, vanilla, and stevia into a blender and process until combined.
  3. Place in fridge for 1 hour until cold and chilled. 
  4. Pour mixture into an ice cream machine and follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Soft serve consistency should take 15 to 20 minutes. If you prefer, you can place the churned sorbet in the freezer for 3 hours for it to harden a bit more.
  6. Freeze in a covered airtight container.
